Problems on receipt of goods

  • Our goods are transported at the buyer's own risk even in case of free delivery or in case we advance delivery costs.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to check, on delivery and in presence of the delivery driver, for any damages and/or missing items. The buyer must note these problems on the goods delivery sheet.
  • The buyer can ask the driver to confirm these problems, by countersigning the goods delivery note (the driver is not required to do so).
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to submit a claim to the carrier.
  • No recourse is possible if the buyer doesn't send a damaged/lost freight claim to the carrier within 3 weekdays following receipt, by recorded signed for mail.
  • The buyer must clearly describe and in detail the delivery problems, if he does not so his claim may not be taken into account.
